Repairs

The jewelry you love and wear may occasionally need a repair. There is no time limit on repairing items and the cost is intentionally minimal, $0-$25 for a variety of repairs on Sterling or Yellow Bronze pieces. This covers replacing a chain, repairing a post, polishing scratches. The cost varies by circumstance, if a chain broke but you still have some or all of the chain it can be recycled omitting some of the cost for a new one. Items with stones in need of replacement or jewelry in need of larger restoration/replacement like a missing earring may be more and will be quoted on a case by case basis. If you have any questions contact me with a photo of the piece in need of some love. This applies only to Sarah Safavi Jewelry, no other jewelry please.

1.To start the repair process email sarah@sarahsafavijewelry.com with a photo of the item and the repair/replacement request.
2. You’ll receive the address to send it to, a cost and repair timeline estimate. Depending on the repair time could vary from a few days to two weeks.
3. Mail the item in secure, padded packaging with insurance and tracking as items will not be the responsibility of Sarah Safavi Jewelry while in transit.
4. You’ll be notified when the jewelry is received.
5. Once the piece is finished you’ll receive an invoice for the repair and return shipping (typically $10 in the US) and your jewelry will be on it’s way back to you.
